Birmingham City, We Love You.

Just something I want to say.
Or sing it. Those of you who know English Football will guess the tune, even if my words are different.

And I know the show's not over till the fat lady sings, but I'm confident now we've done it.
So you get what all my other mates have heard already.

'We're going up, we're going up, we're coming, Blues are coming up.
We're going up, we're going up, we're coming, Blues are coming up.

So many jokes, so many sneers,
but I remember all this year,
how I've coped with the fear,
That Blues are going to blow it away, going it throw it away,
but I know we can play, cause I remember...

'Fly Be on a shirt,
The 62 Cup still gleaming.
The Championship year has hurt,
Never stopped me dreaming'

Aston Villa, you watch out. We're back.

A Birmingham fan eh? Interesting.

I'm sure you'll be heart-broken to see Emile Heskey relegated for the second successive year right?

I'm really glad that you're coming back up as Birmingham is one of the few away grounsd I go to. The problem is that my beloved Charlton are heading in the opposite direction. So, won't get to go next season either.

Or "She Loves you Yeah yeah yeah" by the Beatles???

A Birmingham football fan eh?

Do you know the 3rd largest team in Brum?

I was holding out hopes for you, LBS, but i agree it's looking a sorry story. shame, I do have a soft spot for Charlton, partly due to the job Curbishley did.
David, er, no. the second stupidest buy we did, after Nicky Butt.
Jeremy, it depends on what you mean by in Birmingham.
In terms of fans, within the city itself, we are the largest, then the villa, then the baggies.
If your question means third largest grounds in the city, i'd have to look that up.

I'm not a Birmingham fan but I'm happy to see them go up. A while ago, after a rather unprincipled start to his managerial career, Steve Bruce was not my favourite football manager. but he's gone up in my estimation recently and well done to him and the team.

TD, to me Brucie is above criticism.
