Abvout to be very civilised and go for a meal with the attached/partially so for now.

Just thought I'd recommend ten good Album/Not singles tracks whch should, by God, have been singles.

1. Halo- Violator, Depeche Mode
2. Lucky- Radiohead.
3. Temple Girls and Geisha Boys- Heaven 17
4. Working Class Hero- John Lennon.
5, Love Island- Fatboy Slim.
6. Life full of Nothing- Human League.
7. The Trouble with Andre- Shakespeare's Sister.
8. The Immigrant Song- Led Zeppelin.
9 Wish you Were Here- Pink Floyd.

I don't know _any_ of those. Jeez, I'm ignorant.

How about:

Jason and the Argonauts - XTC
Aint That Peculiar - Japan
Mr Clean - Jam
Theme to Doctor Who - Ron Grainer/Delia Derbyshire (1963) - nothing at all played in real time.

Japan- should have twigged- Tin Drum, lovely track.
And 'Oh, oh, oh, life CAN BE CRUEL, life in Toky-oh-o,
oh,oh,oh, life CAN BE CRUE-EL, life in Tok-y-oh'.

Eton Rifles, Eton Rifles.

Got them mate.

Do you like the Style Council?

Ho ho, Life in Tokyo is such a cool song. I can hear it reading your lyrics!

Style Council - hmm. I like Long hot Summer but while I appreciate that Paul Weller probably thought he'd done new wave after Going Underground (what else do you do after that??) I find it a bit self indulgent and dull. Like "Long Hot Summer" though.
