Heaven 17

I need to do a bit of browsing before I write a proper post tonight. I'm one of those edgy moods.
To be honest, I'm severely feeling the lack of a warm body to cuddle up next to and just softly kiss on the lips in close embrace.

Tonight isn't a night I care to be alone. But I'm not really in the mood for leaving the flat either.

Anyway, God knows how long it will take for me to get down to writing a post, but I feel I should leave you something NICE whilst I go and cheer myself up.

Nice posts this weekend.
Or interesting ones.
Not shitty crappy ones.

But right now I need to get myself out of the shitty crappy frame of mind.

So I'm going to leave you with the band I'm listening to right now. One of my favorites, actually. They always brighten my mood.

Geisha Boys and Temple Girls is from the Album 'Penthouse and Pavement'. I've posted the title track before, the whole album is very chic, but Geisha Boys and Temple Girls is the finest on the album in my opinion.

Crushed by the Wheels of Industry is quite bouncy in my opinion, the album version isn't as good as the single- but fortunately you have the single version here.

And lastly- Height of the Fighting. I don't know why, I always find this quite an upbeat track. Kind of inspires me, I don't know why.

Anyway. Have a listen to them. If you haven't yet discovered Heaven 17, now's your chance. I'm off to go cheer myself up by browsing Project Gutenberg for a bit whilst I decide which of the topics in my head I want to post on. Don't worry, they're all of them the sorts of things you prefer me writing.

Btw, I grilled a pizza tonight. Seriously. Grilled it.
It didn't turn out too bad.
But I don't recommend it.

This is why living alone is NOT good for me.

See you later!

Blue Eyes- I was in one of those moods...

I wasn't in a place at that point to come up with anything earth shattering, so I thought I'd post one of my favorite groups. I always think Heaven 17 don't get the acclaim they deserve.

Kate- My bad, I just forgot I was cooking, not grilling. God knows why.
Maybe that's why I got accused of trying to get inside people's heads?

Because I sure as hell ain't in mine!
